I am posting this as I would like to have access to the server again.
As you may remember, I was banned for "Advertising" and "Griefing?"
I would like to start off by saying I am truly sorry for the Advertising, I was simply angry at Flan for some stupid thing.... I assure you it will not happen again, as I don't own a server anymore. As for the griefing, although I do not remember doing it, I am sorry if I did. Nothing should have ever been touched by me, and it would be very disrespectful to others, so sorry for that too :)
Even though this isn't a huge post (On phone), I ask that you consider it.

I would consider this ban apeal, sadly I would hardly say yes to it. So I'm going to be quite fair, and let a neutral staff do the case.
Yeah, we've had our....differences.....
Sorry to be on the harsh side, and I am talking from my experience of learning the hard way, but you are responsible for your actions. Angry or not, you advertised and acted unmature, which is one of our rules that bears more harsh consequences. It is your job as a player to be mature and not relay your emotions across the server and take it out on others, especially staff as it looks bad for the entire server. I say no to the appeal. If there's any other staff that disagrees with me, please let me know.

It's not really being immature at all, it's being stupid, and I take full responsibility for it.
I'm one of the few donors on the server, and I hope you can respect that.
I dedicated time to this server, and helped many out.
Please re-think your decision.
To be honest also, none of the other staff really knew me (Except Emiligardis) because you guys were barely on.
I think only Flandyn and Emiligardis have a fair say on this.
Advertising was the act that pushed you over our limit. Advertising itself wasn't the reason you were banned. It was how you acted, which in my, Emilgardis and some other mods option immature. You were arguing to people, you were swearing to them. You were chasing away new possible members, new members and older members. You were far from making the server to a better place, if that's what you're thinking.
And I would like to mention that we got more Donators then Senior and Builder together... Ofcourse I respect you for doing such a nice thing for the server. But I'm completly honost when saying that I can't handle douches, Senior, mods, admins, donators, visitors, learners etc. if they are douches, they would get perm ban. And I can do as much as revealing that we have banned an admin, and he worked hard for this server. And sadly enough, this could occure for any servers.
So please, banning you was a difficult choice, but we felt that we didn't have any other oppertunities. Even though I felt for a long time that you didn't deserve to be on our server, I got more then 10 ban requests with your name on it. And instead of arguing on a lost case like this one, I would recommend you to try to act nicer to other people. I'm not saying this to be mean, I'm saying this to give you the full review from my eyes in this case.
Atlast I didn't ban you without speaking with the other staff members, I'm pretty sure I talked to Emilgardis, goodby39 and the current admin at that time, neoblade1624 about this situation. And everyone agreed that this was the right provision. I'm sorry for all my spelling- and grammar mistakes, and I hope you understood everything in this messege, I would prefer if you didn't correct me. And still I don't belive you should have an apeal.
