Why are you interested in joining this server?:
first of all, I like the challange that is presented with ranking up. second of all, id say you have a pretty good selection of plugins; ones which I don't have access to in a normal single player world. lastly, but most importantly, you have a big enough community, which seems very helpful, and its hard to find big active communities interested in computational Redstone.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I've been doing Redstone for quite some time now, since 1.4 I belive, so I have emassed quite the collection of (mostly usless) builds. Nowadays I'm mostly interested in computer science, but I used to build some survival stuff - doors, elevators, a lot of flying machines, farms, and so on. I have (id like to say) a solid grasp of Redstone mechanics, because, well 4+ years is a lot of experience.
Past Redstone Experience:
I've built about 4 computers, all of them were my original design. the first few were just plain bad, but I have improved since. most of my CPU's are compatible with 6502 assembly, I'm working on a version that can do x86. I like building things I find interesting in computer science, and trying to implement Minecraft's game mechanics to make them better. examples include: theoreticly infinate RAM using stacked minecarts with chests, ALU's that can do 2 tick subtraction (with negative numbers and flags) using comparators, matrix multiplication using flying machines and sand (this one is not that fast but I think its cool) and so on.
About how often do you play Minecraft?:
1-5 hours per day
Application status:
Approved
What kind of creations would you like to build on this server?:
I will definatly be working on machine learning. because of that, ill be doing things like: floating point calculations, matrix multiplication, and matrix addition. ill need to decide on a game / component that the machine will learn to solve / play. once I decide on that ill build the game / component itself, and a way to encode its state. ill also be working on ranking up, I think this could be a lot of fun.
