it has a win detect and a turn detect. this is updated from the last time. it has now a turn detect so that it can go without the other player going.

How To Use: 

first + will go first it is on the left hand side. let it run through the bus of data so that it can go to all the parts. then O will go on the right hand side. select where you want to go on the board and let it run. try not to go as fast as possible or you can break the tic tac toe game.
