Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I am interested in joining Styms so I can improve at computational redstone, I have mostly made doors and done 0-tick but I want to improve my general knowledge on redstone. I want to learn about things like how CPUs are made in Minecraft and things like binary works. I currently have no clue on how to use comparators properly and I'm hoping to change that.
Current Redstone knowledge:
My current redstone knowledge is mostly on fast piston doors, I have some experience with observerless tech but most of my doors use observers. I understand concepts like reliablity, locationality, block event delay, 0ticks and tile-tick priorities. I also enjoy making funky layouts for piston doors.
Past Redstone Experience:
The best Redstone creations I have made are probably a 720 block 6x6 piston door that opens in 3.65 seconds and the 396 0.45-second opening 5x3 piston door. The 6x6 is one of my best creations because it beats the old record 720 6x6 speed by almost 4 seconds and the 5x3 piston door is a good door because it showcases my layout designing skills which are how it cut the old record size by around 600 blocks. The 6x6 works quite similarly to J2ko's 6x6 as it uses the same layout but the reason it is notable is that it shaves an entire layer bringing its thickness from 6 layers to 5. The 0.45s 5x3 uses a layout that takes advantage of slime to speed up its retraction allowing for its very quick speed with not much wiring.

I am most interested in combining computational Redstone with 0tick mechanics to create fast computers, my current project I'm working on is an instant 3gt reset word processor.
