Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I'm interested in learning more about redstone, using this place as the "testing world" for the contraptions I'll be using in my long-lasting singleplayer survival world, as well as conversing with interesting individuals. (Which are no doubt rare across minecraft's multiplayer communities, but servers like this one are different.)
What can I offer to others in this server? - About the same as any other player, some advice, some builds, some time of my day.
What can this server offer me that other servers can not? - It is a server that seems to have a community deeply rooted in creating redstone contraptions - that is not something common amongst all the flashy servers targeting a younger audience. The only server I can name, that has a somewhat similar style of being to this, despite not being focused on redstone, is minecraftonline, home of Freedonia.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I understand the basics, not much else. I want to use this server to expand my general redstone knowledge, learn new things, become better at the logic of redstone.
As the short summary of my current redstone is apparently too short, I will include this sentence to bring this to two hundered and seventy characters. I believe that this number should be lower, as I successfully summarised my redstone knowledge more than a hundered characters under two hundered and seventy.
Past Redstone Experience:
I remember making a machine that spewed out a cookie if you clicked two buttons four times each (don't remember how that one worked), a 3x4 door with honey+slime in my survival world (two double piston extenders), a supersmelter that used rails, a slimeblock contraption that launches the player, and a tnt cannon that launches tnt so fast it just disappears from the screen.
About how often do you play Minecraft?:

What kind of creations would you like to build on this server?:
Ones that get better and better as time passes. One day I would love to understand all the little things that make redstone work as it works, and create my own contraptions for my survival world, ones on the level of ethoslab's understanding of the topic.
