Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I want to learn more about redstone because ever since I started playing Minecraft I've been watching these YouTube videos about people building incredible things and I want to be able to do that! I really like that Minecraft isn't just a fun game, but a place to experiment and learn new things. The reason I learnt binary is because of minecraft — when someone was going to teach me some complex redstone, they asked if I knew binary. So I learnt it!
Current Redstone knowledge:
I know most of the basics and can sorta build doors and am good at 7 segment displays. I am a slow learner but very inquisitive. The first thing I ever built was one sticky piston opening up a hole in the ground. I was so pleased! I wanted to do more. The coolest thing I've seen using redstone is the 'we made the internet' video (link below).
Past Redstone Experience:
I have built a simple 2x2,3x3,3x3 vault,4x4 vault (I cant remember how to build all of the above apart from 2x2) and a 7 segment number display. I've been a visitor on the redstone server for a couple of months and it's been really helpful being able to ask people for information, and tips whenever I get stuck. Everyone is so helpful! I'm dying to get my own plot.
