Unfortunately, for Tinkerer rank, we look for more complex logic to be present. For context, Learner+ (done through a /trial) would look for an ALU with a 3-bit opcode input. Tinkerer would look for similar logic to a tic-tac-toe game with win detection. A simple program counter is not complex enough for these standards
