Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I would like to join the server to be able to learn more about redstone, and to get involved with new projects. Other servers that I am on are more survival oriented, and I am looking for a server full of other redstoners to build with. I want to use this server's creative aspect not only to create useful things, but also to create pieces of redstone art. To me, the most beautiful thing you can make is a color-coded redstone circuit. The one thing I would like to learn more about is minecarts. I can't seem to get them working very well compared to my other redstone creations, and I was hoping someone on this server could help teach me how to make them do what I have always wanted them to do.
Past Redstone Experience:
In the past, I have built many things. I build things ranging from simplistic hidden doors, to the more advanced bank systems and minigames. I have been playing minecraft since indev, and began using redstone seriously around beta1.3. I have seen the growth of my own redstone ability spring from a lever and a door onto making fully functional redstone computers with a display. My builds are as diverse as my mind can allow, and I am willing to try almost anything. I have done hidden and compact things that can be hidden in the walls of a minecraftian house, to massive creations that span farther than the largest render distances.

The project at the end has gotten so large that the server I run it on gets can't keep up messages when I try to test the mechansism. I understand that this is a large thing, and that this many redstone updates are a huge taxation on a server, I also understand that creating something that large on this server would require a request from an admin or a moderator.
I have created an other application that didn't get accepted, and so I am trying this one to make a good redo. If you have any quesitons, I am more than willing to answer.
