Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I've done my rounds through various servers as the "Resident Redstone Guru", setting up security systems and automated lights for the various noob, but I figure that is time to actually start bringing out some of my fancier creations into SMP. I figure that this server could potentially prove to be a constructive learning environment, allowing me to develop some of my skills while perhaps teaching and learning from others.
Past Redstone Experience:
As per recent creations, I recently finished work on a 60%60%12%2 readable binary clock that is able to tell realtime in seconds, minutes, hours, and AM/PM, while simultaneous frustrating and confusing anybody who tries to figure out what the hell it is. On top of that I've made everything from automatic iron golem creators to tic-tac-toe and more. Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots of everything, as a lot of my work was lost when my previous main redstone server was shutdown.
Anything else you'd like to mention? (Optional):
Outside the wonderful world of Minecraft, I also daddle in a bit programming. I've learned Python, Expression LUA, Java, and C++ without any formal instruction. I'm currently working on a game in Java, and I am currently at the critical "How in the hell does this game engine work" stage in development. On top of that, I've been a moderator or higher in at least 1 server among various games since I was about 11, and have plenty of experience in the field.
