Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I used to play Minecraft a lot in beta. Playing in survival mode a good bit, but my passion was creating redstone contraptions. Back then I created a lot of useful things, like mob trappers and sugarcane generators. I really would like to join this server because this is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a community that I could be around that have a passion for redstone-ing. I've toured a lot of the land plots and have enjoyed what others have built. But I think I can do better, and hope to prove that to you.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I know about binary. I know about clocks (and know to not leave clocks on in a server). I love to work with pistons and using them to turn machines on and off. I know how to send signals upward and downward. Using gates and diodes. Also know about memory circuits. I'm sure there's more that I'm missing, but it's hard to tell what you know.
Past Redstone Experience:
I've never been on a redstone dedicated server before. I've been on a few, really good survival servers, and some amazing creative servers. But never just a dedicated redstone one. On the other servers, I would usually be one of the few, if only, one concerned with fusing my houses or farms or anything, with my redstone contraptions. But I want to try and take that knowledge and start building things like computers or calculators or anything.
I've built many farming harvesters, a working tic tac toe board that would use red X's and blue O's instead of the generic glowstone or just pushed blocks. I once made a very large indoor swimming pool, that would come out of the floor with a push of a button. There's probably plenty of other things that I've created, just missing from my memory at the moment.
Anything else you'd like to mention? (Optional):
I've been on this for a couple days now, logging in a few times to check out the works of other people. It's very interesting to me and I'd really enjoy being a part of this great server.
