Current Redstone knowledge: 
Logic Gates Basic Circuits A Little Binary
Past Redstone Experience: 
My best redstone creation would have to be a binary adder that was decrypted into decimal. It consisted of adders created from 2 XOR gates, 2 AND gates, and an or gate. The outputs were then ran through a decrypter and the decimal amount was displayed.
