Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I would like to learn more about redstone. My first device was a redstone auto-rail which ran off of repeaters that i saw on youtube. I've been building/designing stuff with redstone ever since.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I am able to build the following: signal length extenders, signal length shorteners/limiters, torch elevators going both upwards and downwards, repeater clocks, hoppers clocks, inverters, variable and non-variable item filters, rapid fire modules torch, comparator, and piston based, a flip/flop device, detector loops, minecart auto rails, smasher-type mob grinders, piston relays, a limited fire device, block update detector, comparator interlocks etc.
Past Redstone Experience:
I've done several builds, which are mostly geared for survival. These include a 9-story tower farm(which will be 18 floors at some point)-uses an upward torch elevator wired to bucket-filled dispensers; a player vs mob arena - uses an auto-rail, hopper clock, piston doors, detector loop, piston relays, and a dispenser-based mob spawner, allows a player to fight hordes of mobs; hidden double-action piston doors- two sets of pistons pull 2 blocks back, then aside, with repeaters for proper timing, can be horizontal or vertical; redstone vending machines - an item filter collects a payment and a detector loop then allows an item to be bought from an interlocked dropper; a mass redstone converter(redstone to obsidian)- has 64 'ganged' pistons which allow lava to contact water to create cobblestone or obsidian if redstone is placed down first; minecart freight spurs(these will 'catch' on-coming minecarts and prevent jams)- a piston based rapid fire module causes two sticky pistons and the powered rail in between to move back and forth and put minecarts on the spur; mass cobblestone/stone generators, a bonemeal autogrower-a bud switch and a rapid fire module run a dipenser full of bonemeal; an over-world gold farm- uses dispensers and torch elevators to start and stop the portals; several tnt 'drills'- a tnt dispenser run off a clock; a continent cutter- a bunch of tnt drills linked together, used it to cut the End in half.
