Application 7629

In-game name:
Heimataerde
Age (Optional):
25
Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I'd like to learn more about redstone and experiment making puzzles and such.
Current Redstone knowledge:
Haven't played in two years so my current knowledge is rusty. I know basic logic functions and circuit logic, but most of the special tricks and switches I've forgotten.
Past Redstone Experience:
Made an analog clock tower in minecraft that would divide up the in game time into 9 segments, and would light up the arm in accordance to the ticks passed from when it is initialized. Has reset functionality. (Uses a simple minecart clock and several sets of tapes) Large day/night sensor (before the item existed) using grass and water and transparent blocks. It activated street lights in my town during the night (a block in the middle of the walkways would be replaced by glowstone at night and then back to cobble at dawn). Also the gates to my town were 3x3 flush piston gates that would lock from the outside only at night. Hidden 2x6 flush stairwell (shit ton of pistons and repeaters) that appears in the ground when you throw a specific item in a well (feeder item sorting). Very large stone face with open mouth. Player is in a closed off space about 100m from stone face, with a view of it. Must shoot an arrow into open mouth to exit the area. There are two outcomes, if a player shoots first at a hidden switch nearby, when he hits the stone mouth, the expression of the statue will be sad (eyebrows change with pistons), water pours out of eyes and mouth, and the player continues. If the hidden switch was not activated, the expression is angry and lava pours out of the eyes. When the lava hits the groiund, the room the player is in is flooded with lava, timed to stop when the player dies. Using a wooden pressure plate for arrow activation through a block. A simple lighthouse with a ring of double pistons (top and bottom) activated. 3 pairs of pistons open at a time (deactivate), revealing the lava lightsource behind them, moving clockwise and controlled by a pig in a minecart inside the lighthouse head. Hidden budswitch activating bridge in pool of lava. No links sadly because this was ages ago. I can provide a map file given time if it is really requires. Probably hidden in the depths of my hdd somewhere.
Anything else you'd like to mention? (Optional):
Wanting to get back into minecraft and redstone. Really love making puzzles. Saw this server on google and decided why not.
