Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I would like to join this server because I like to build with redstone and make contraptions using redstone. As a logical thinker, I love to use redstone logic and just experiment with ideas, such as piston elevators and "LCD" displays. Also, I would like to build in a server where I don't have to worry about other players griefing builds, like in a survival server. It is exciting to be able to be a part of a server that is dedicated to redstone.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I can build things like logic gates, latches, timers, displays, flush piston doors, automatic/automated farms, and various different types of counters (some using latches), which I used a lot before scoreboards came about. My current limits are with complex binary computations.
Past Redstone Experience:
One of my best creations is a PVP map that runs using redstone. It uses redstone counters to separate players into different spawns, to count lives, and to time rounds. Redstone latches are used together to make selection switches, which are used in map selection and saving configuration settings. OR gates and AND gates are used to detect a winner when the other players run out of lives. They also trigger the map reset and player teleports. Underground, there are some NOT and AND gates that handle player deaths and respawns. Of course, much of the map uses command blocks as well. I have included some screenshots of this project in the Links section. I have MCEdited the surface ground to white wool before I took the screenshots so that it's easier to see the redstone above it.
