Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I am very interested in joining this server because of my computer knowledge and redstone abilities. A server I helped build an 8-bit computer on has been repurposed and I am looking for another server to build on. My dream profession in the future is working as a computer engineer so I would really love to finely tune in my skills on advanced machines through use of redstone.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I have a large amount of redstone knowledge but I am willing to learn much more. I have been using logical gate for a long time through both non-minecraft circuit simulation and working on redstone with a buddy of mine. I have a large knowledge of the binary number system along with the double-dabble algorithm. I also have used things in the form of plexers and arithmetic. I now how to build a binary adder with Cin/Cout capabilities but I am not skilled in creating compact forms of it.
Past Redstone Experience:
I have plenty of past redstone experience through my use in computer logic. One of my builds is a spin-off of the standard password door that uses a hopper filled with paper in all slots named to a specific 'password'. In my spin-off I added improvements such as an anti-overflow system that removes any excess paper that would interfere with the locking mechanism. This machine used comparator logic and a gate to act as an overflow check. One of my other builds is a color changing machine that has a visible portion at the end that is a 3x3 wool block that is changed by making a piston belt that rotates through alternating pistons on a one-tick slow pulse. It takes a 3 bit input at the back that can control its changing between 8 different colors. This machine used logic though another piston belt that used special opaque/clear blocks to choose the corresponding number to the binary code.

I am very willing to learn from others and am usually on around 9 or 10 o'clock ECT. I have made videos with a buddy who had them on his channel but in the process of grabbing the links I realized that he has removed the videos.
