This is not only 1, but 4 different adders. I believe, but am not sure if they are not RCA. Just flip the leavers and see them work.
How To Use:
As said in "Machine Features", you just flip the leavers and watch it add.

This build would be more appropriate for ranking a learner to a regular perhaps but we expect more from regular players to make more sophisticated machines to be promoted to builder rank. Tip: you can use these adders in part of a bigger machine.
