Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I have been into redstone for about six or seven months. I have a great amount of redstone experience which has encouraged me to join. I can help others with finding mistakes or with a few utilities that I've made up. I can also help them with symmetry, as I have OCD. I hope I can receive a lot of help with different adder designs because I'm only familiar with compact ripple-carry adders.
Current Redstone knowledge:
My limit for making a CPU or ALU is around 8 bit. I know all the basic logic gates and I have experience in implementing pistons for contraptions such as a program counter with branching. My limit with adders would be a compact ripple-carry adder. I have no experience in dividers, multipliers, or subtractors. I don't usually use lamps in anything other than displays for registers. I don't use cauldrons or furnaces, or any of that fancy-fancy stuff.
Past Redstone Experience:
My best completed redstone creation would be a 4 bit CPU. It didn't work on a clock because the server owner didn't like them, so I used a workaround to keep the program running automatically by making the instructions increment the program counter. There were 15 lines of ROM in it. The instructions were decoded with an easy to make binary to unary decoder.
