8 bit ICA sequential divider

Machine Features: 

This is a 8 bit ICA sequential divider. It uses an ICA subtractor and a clock to perform the dividing action. The main logic behind it was taught by starqueur. He also helped me building the divider.
This divider's output will be 8 bit, with 4 bit decimal point. It will check if A - B > 0, if yes, then Sum + 1 and Sum * 2 (which means shift right in my case).
The B will shift as well, after one iteration is finished.

How To Use: 

1. Input A, the input will be UNDER the input B.
2. After inputting A, break all the input power source. (that means it will not be a constant signal)
3. Input B, the input will be ON TOP of input A.
4. After inputting B, switch off all the input power source as well.
5. Press the button ("Set up B").
6. The divider will do A / B, so press the button ("Calculate!").
7. At the output section, there will be a huge yellow dot, and all the signal that is on the left of it, will be the decimal point.
8. And that means, the 8 bit normal output will be on the right of the yellow dot.
9. After calculating, you can press the button ("Reset") to do the next calculation.
