Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I really enjoy doing redstone and currently don't have a good way to get my ideas out there. I also love to learn new things as much as I can and I thought the best way to do that would be to look at other peoples creations and ask others for help. It is much easier to do this live than to go on forms and download worlds. This server is exactly what i was looking for with just redstone creative plots and no random buildings that interrupt the beauty of the redstone.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I started learning redstone a long time ago and over the years have learned how to make a basic adder/subtractor as well as a binary to BCD and BCD to 7 segment decoders. I am still new to this complicated computer logic but am learning fast. This also implies that I have a good understanding of binary and all logic gates as well as decoders.
Past Redstone Experience:
From what I have found online (I could be wrong) but I have come up with a design that is very rough but is a 4x4 flush piston trapdoor (you fall through the opening) that is in very rough stages. I made it when redstone blocks came out and just recently rebuilt it. I also have a design for an upward double piston extender that is faster than others out there (again, this could have been already discovered but I assure you that i came up with it independently). This uses a monostable circuit and is orientational but can be patched for the other orientations with just another redstone and repeater. As for the trapdoor, it just uses a whole bunch of abba gates and has a whole bunch of bud workarounds that would be easier to show than explain. It is quite simple, but like i said, I havent seen someone else make a fully flush with the ground one.
