Why are you interested in joining this server?:
The first day I played Minecraft, I thought it was nothing special. After playing it scarcely for a couple months, I found out about redstone. I tried to make lots of contraptions, but ended up getting angry, as they were so complicated and hard for me. But then, the 1.4 update came out and added lots of new, easy ways to make the machines. Ever since then, I have been learning and designing redstone machines, as the concept of the mechanics fascinates me. This is one of the few servers that primarily supports redstoners.
Current Redstone knowledge:
There are 2 types of redstone power: Strong and weak. Strong power, if directly aside a block, will power all redstone machines around that block, wheras weak power will not. A redstone repeater helps amplify redstone power, as it can only travel 15 blocks before being cut off. A comparator is like a diode, and has 2 modes: Comparator and Subractor. In Comparator mode, if side A=13 and side B=10, the output is 13 as the larger side is output, and if A and B are equal, A is output. In subractor mode, if A=13 and B=10, output is 3, as 10=3. Redstone timings are known as ticks, and each tick is .1 seconds. redstone torches will ignore any source that is not 2 or more ticks.
Past Redstone Experience:
I have built many of labratory-esque buildings, and each contains many contraptions; ranging from automatic farms to clocks and calculators. My most notable achievament is probably my 16-bit redstone computer. It was built in 1.6 and took 3 weeks to build. I have also built many machines that are beneficial to survivor, such as quick armor machines, simple auto-smelters, and house defense mechanisms.

While I can build some decently impressive stuff, I'm still learning and with everything I learn, everything I do gets better. I hope to see and learn some cool stuff on this server.
