Machine Features:
This machine uses the use of NOT gates to invert back in order to send a signal back to the lamps. Each lamp row is separated into its own row for the lever signal rows to catch which row it chooses to display.
How To Use:
In the building as said, there are levers to flick. Flick the lever that has the sign with the number that you want to choose to display. There are currently only two digits to it. There might be a future release of a triple digit number maker.
