Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I've always loved redstone. It's the reason I bought minecraft over 4 years ago, but I've never really played on servers much before. I really just wanted somewhere I could go and learn from others as well as show off my own modest creations. So I did a quick Google search and found this server. I really like the no griefing policy on this server and I feel like it would be an ideal place to learn and build with others while also having fun with my contraptions.
Current Redstone knowledge:
My current redstone knowledge is probably intermediate. I can build and understand many different concepts such as simple logic gates, adders, 7 segment displays, basic latches and flip flops, and some other complex setups such as prgrammable door locks with pretty much any number of digits. Mostly what's actually limiting my redstone abilities is my current computer which I plan on replacing within the next few weeks.
Past Redstone Experience:
My first really complex redstone build was a 4 digit door lock that was infinitely expandable. It used some basic and gates and some RS latches for proceeding to the next digit. That was probably around 4 years ago before my hard drive crashed. Recently I decided to rebuild it and improve on it with my much more refined skills. I rebuilt it in such a way that the comparison logic for 2 buttons is tileable with no spaces inbetween each button. This allowed for much lower comparison latency and for more buttons to be added to the panel. My best creation to date was a binary adder that could add two binary numbers between 0 and 15, and display the answer on 2 adjacent 7 segment displays. The adder uses 4 somewhat modified XOR gates to produce an answer. I modeled it after a real adder to make it somewhat realistic. I also managed to avoid using pistons for any of the logic.

I'm not able to play minecraft every chance I would like to anymore as I am currently in university right now, but I would still like to be able to play online with people who appreciate redstone as much as I do when I am able to get on.
