Machine Features:
it uses the 4 bit ALU i passed trial with. It also uses a general CU(function inputs) where you can choose what you want to do with the inputs. It takes instructions, and encodes it into this "binary function format" to take to the ALU. It uses an encoder to turn on different redstone signals which go the ALU. Then it takes the binary output, and uses a piston decoder to decode it to decimal(Yes, buds happen, no way to fix that).
How To Use:
Go to the inputs(labeled), and flick your levers. Then, go to the CU, and flick the function(s) you want. Look at the binary or decimal outputs, and you've used the CPU!
