Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I am joining this server because there's a lot of servers that don't allow redstone because of lag issues. I just want to show what I can do in redstone right now and maybe even learn some things about it. I have checked out some of the other plots and they are amazing. I know it's going to be a hard time to make some things like that but I'll try my best.
I am also joining because I haven't done any redstone for a long time now, mostly because only now minecraft PE has implemented redstone. I usually use command blocks and used them in maps, and yes it is pretty amazing what you can do with just one command, but why not actually do it legit? It's much more amazing what you can do without a command.
Current Redstone knowledge:
Like I have said, I mostly use command blocks in maps. But, now, I'm trying to use no command blocks, and to make it more easier, I'm trying to make a map on MCPE. I have implemented some simple lever puzzles right now, but right now I'm working on making a password locked door, and planning on implementing some dungeon-like redsone mechanics.
I usually try to use my own knowledge on redstone, and the best I have made so far is a piston T-flip and a 3x3 slimeblock door. Of course, I do use youtube for some redstone tutorials, but I don't really care. A lot of people need to learn about redstone, and I'm pretty proud of what I did so far, but why stop there? I am pretty smart, and I think I can (sort of) handle the future redstone.
Past Redstone Experience:
So like I said before, I have made a piston T-Flip and a 3x3 slimeblock door. But that wasn't all I have made. When I first used redstone at my 2nd year of minecraft, I made a 2x2 piston door and a 2x2 hidden piston door. When 1.4 came out with command blocks, of course I used them. I tested it out and made a map called Time Machine. Currently it has over 1k downloads, and I made it at the age of 10. I still have no idea how I got that much.
After success, I used command blocks for a long time until 0.13.0 on MCPE released. I started to use redstone again. I used an app on android called 'iRedstone' and made a Digit Displayer with a custom user interface. This was before repeaters were added, so I had to use a substitute for repeaters, which are 3 times bigger. I finally finished it after a month, and that's the best I have done using (part of) my knowledge of redstone.
