Features X inputs and Y inputs (9 of each) going to a standard ttt board. Also includes turn validation (T-Flip-Flops for turns and comparators to stop the input), and win detection (lots of AND gates there). One reset button clears the board and makes sure it's Xs turn. Also you can turn off turn validation in case you want to play Xs Only ttt.
FOR CLASSIC TIC TAC TOE:
Press Reset. It's in the middle. This clears the board and sets Xs turn.
X (input panel on the left) plays. The buttons correspond to the board.
Take turns playing. If someone wins, their input panel will light up.
Reset again.
FOR XS ONLY TIC TAC TOE:
Press Reset. It's in the middle. Also flip the switch near reset to disable turn validation
First person plays o nthe X panel. Take turns, staying on the X panel.
Whoever lit up the panel light loses.
Reset again.
