Application for Owl_of_balance

In-game name:
Owl_of_balance
Age (Optional):
16
Why are you interested in joining this server?:
Because I like it to build redstone mechanics and I like to do so with anybody together. I love to learn from others and teach them what I know. I also like to hear meanings and suggestions of others, and also to give them to others, so that everybody can profit from everybody else to develop his/her mechanics and improve his/her skills. At least I like it to explain things to others and help others. Thats the reason why I want to join this server.
Current Redstone knowledge:
My knowledge doesn't include all the names of "normed" redstone mechanics like clocks and so on, but I know their functioning. I know what the several blocks and items do and how they are called and things like that. I could tell all the things and what they do right now, but I hope, that you believe, that I know them. I also know basic redstone mechanics like how to make a signal longer or shorter and how to build clocks with a special speed like 2 ticks per second or one tick every 3 seconds and so on. And of corse I know how piston doors, automatic furnances, slime block cars, clock engines (clock-clocks, not redstone-clocks), "digital" memories, negations or AND-/OR-/NOT-switches, human elevators, item elevators and so on work.
Past Redstone Experience:
I built, like I suggested above, several memorys and digital and also analog engines for special impulse outputs, that controll lights, clocks (clock-clocks, not redstone-clocks as I said), devices and things like that. I would love to Show them ingame to someone, because it would take a while to explain how they work. I just can say, that i let rotate a construktion of glass- and ironblocks by normal Pistons and let an input come from inside to realize the analog output engine (the outputs are on the other side of the "wall"). The memorys are pretty easy: the signal from the input goes to a circle of 5 redstonedust and one repeater. even when the signal ends, the repeater will always power itself, so the signal will always be kept in the circle. The inputs can come from a person, an output engine or work as the RAM in an ingame-PC.
About how often do you play Minecraft?:
11-15 hours per week
Anything else you'd like to mention? (Optional):
I heared, that many guys are deterred by the application, because they don't have the patience to write it. As far as I am right, the application is against griefers and random guys that just logg in the server, do something for a few minutes an go offline again. I had the suggestion to let newcommers register on the website, and after that they will asked if they think that they know verry much, much, the things you need to know, a little bit or nothing about redstone. Than they will get a little area where they can build something to show and explain it to a staff member. If the staff member sees, that the player take pains with what he buildet and really want to play on the server, he could give the player the lowest rank (Learner). I don't know, if you just tried that earlier, so I have no idea if that is possible any way. But if it is, maybe the application would not discourage so many people.
Application status:
Approved
What kind of creations would you like to build on this server?:
I would like to connect output engines with memorys and the memorys with several devices. Maybe I will find a solution to build and programm calculation processes with the signals saved in the memorys to let the devices work clever even without the output engine. So I will do many Experiments and tests and also help others by whatever they build to think about different ways to fix the problems in my test-devices, that will arise in any case; it's like writing a programm, there always are any problems and mistakes... but i stray from the subject.
