Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I like the idea of redstone, and I want to get good at it. Right now I only have very basic knowledge of how it works. Hopefully this server can help with that. This server is called the redstone server, so I assume it is a good for that goal. Also, it seems like a nice server in general, I have a hard time finding nice servers because the only server I ever liked to play on has been abandoned and nothing seems to compare.
Current Redstone knowledge:
I know basically how it works based off of intuition, but I am no expert, not by a long shot. I would say I know how it works well enough to be considered a beginner, but not a noob. (although that could possibly be debatable). I don't really know how to answer this questions because I am not experienced enough to describe my own knowledge very well.
Past Redstone Experience:
My favorite redstone thing I made (on my own, took about 30 minutes) was a secret trapdoor that led to my underground base.
My base was very far underground so I made a contraption that if you stood on a block near a hill and pressed the button on the side of the hill, you would fall far, far, down into the earth. The problem was that when you fall very far you die. Putting water at the bottom of the fall was boring. so I made it so that there was another piston trapdoor that was timed a certain way, so that it opened up right as you were about to crash to the floor, then you landed on a slime block, bounced back up just above the second trapdoor, and it closed right as you were about to fall through again. This is nice because then the floor of my base was intact without a random pool of water on the floor.

What kind of creations would you like to build on this server?:
Pretty much anything. I want to expand my horizons, I guess is the phrase I would use? I was on the server earlier and I was wandering around looking at stuff, I saw the visitor's challenges board thing. I guess I would start by trying to accept those challenges and try to make those things listed on that board.
