a working shop where only certain payment is accepted, all other payment is denied and you will not recieve the item.
Hoppers are a key part to it, the hoppers filter out the items to only the accepted item(which is a diamond) if you place in a diamond, you will recieve an emerald, but if you place in anything else, it will be spat back out to you
How To Use:
Place 1 diamond in the chest, and one emerald should pop out, try placing something else in there, you will not recieve an emerald, however another diamond will result in another diamond
