Why are you interested in joining this server?:
Having read around this website I was attracted by the fact that it is a dedicated redstone server. Other servers do redstone but mix it in with too many other things. I want to expand my knowledge about everything to do with redstone, from memory arrays to BUD switches, and edge detection. Wireless redstone also interests me. I think that this server will enable to do these things and hopefully much more. I would love to try and discover new concepts, especially with 1.3 coming out soon.
Past Redstone Experience:
I started mucking about with redstone on a single player survival, to build a hidden doorway into a bunker (i know...., pretty standard). The tricky part at the time was integrating staircase into this design. The end design utilised t-flip flops and RS-NOR latches to open/close, and lock the door. After that i decided to go into creative mode and play a bit more. I built a pretty compact 4x4 piston door to start with, and recently i have been looking into wireless redstone switches, light sensors (which incorporate BUD switches), and triple piston extenders/retractors to buil various gates, xp farms and traps.

Good App
I think this guys should get accepted, he seems familiar with redstone, and I am sure he would be easy to teach new concepts and technologies, since what he has build so far is more for functionality in singleplayer, not difficulty, or even funness.
For Broggers, there are no mobs on the server, so xp farms don't work, and there is protection so traps are not needed
8/10 (Acceptable)
i would love to learn about
i would love to learn about more advanced stuff, CPUs, RAM, etc.. I have only had a small look at the computing aspect so far. Also i like inventing things that are both functional and that can be used/created by people who aren't so confident with redstone. that way they can also learn how to use redstone properly.
Good
I am a Builder on the server, so I am a fairly high rank, so before you can start teaching people, you will have to learn more about binary, and binary in redstone. Cpu's are very advanced, an are not needed to advance through the ranks, so if I were you, I would focus on making something impressive for the admins, mostly impressive, compact or new creations. If you need help, I am a good person to ask, although I am younger than you :P. I am easy to spot on the server.
Thanks for the advice
Yes that exactly what i would like to do. I would really appreciate the help as well :)
Similar Goals
Hey man, I'm 15 and I have some similar goals in learning about complex/advanced redstone. I've done quite a bit with theoretical redstone, and practical redstone. So whenever you're online when I am we should talk!
