I have a idea for the forum since the server is growing. There should be a voting area to vote for new staff but the player has to go threw Admin approval first. There should also be a suggestions area.
I love this idea. Though even though I love this idea. It is voilenting rule number 11. No Public Complaining about staff. We should really be greatful to our staff. Remember that they are using their time to help the server instead of doing redstone. Everyone should say Thank you when they see an Admin :)
