Whenever i try to connect to the server I keep getting this: Internal exception java.net.SocketException: Connection reset. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I've tried doing that. I even reinstalled java. Didn't really work out. Also this seems to come on and off for me because occasionally, I can join the server, but at other times, I'll get the error
It is hosted on Amazon's web services, EC2. I use them too for work and they can be abit dodgy at times.
Its surprising they don't have spare machines ready to run for this kind of issue...
Restart Minecraft and retry would be the best bet here.

Yeah, The EC2 team is rumored to play games and drink coffee when the servers really need help.
btw is anyone getting the "Failed to login: error" message?
