I got banned for advertising. I did it indirectly, but I did it indirectly a different time, and nothing happened, so I assumed it was ok. I told mjc4wilton to look of "************ teamspeak server" on Google, because it was a pretty empty server, and the owner of it was ok with mjc and I talking on it for the redstone server. The reason I wanted to use teamspeak was because I don't have skype. :/ Anyway, I wasn't "stealing" server members, so I don't see why I was banned.
In fact you will be timed ban and you needed this apeal because you've had 2 ban reasons above you.
1. Spamming.
2. Public Advertising of Minecraft server IP.
And the reasons is that you're showing other people, that they can play on. The rules stay as strict as it is.
You will be banned to 02-01 2013 American date. Good Luck!

Why had a TS server when the server was really old, check the front pages. However, we removed it because no one used it and it cost money for us to host.
