Why are you interested in joining this server?:
I am working on a project at my university to possibly use redstone to help teach electrical engineering, computer architecture, and hopefully electrical technician skills. Note: I am a computer engineering student and just love the logic found in redstone as it is very similar to what I enjoy in real life.
I am interested in advanced redstone logic for the above reason plus my own interest. I am a "student" on ORE, but wanted to branch out and network with more than just the people over there.
Current Redstone knowledge:
Have personally built a ripple carry adder/subtractor (not full ALU yet), binary to dec decoder, dec to 7-seg decoder, 10 line MUX and DeMUX, and a LOT or in-game applicable circuits using logic gates. It all comes pretty naturally to me as I am in school as a computer engineer IRL.
Past Redstone Experience:
See my previous response. In addition to the computer components above, I have build many things applicable to survival itself... The most complex one being a fully programmable brewing system: program 24 different chests to hold a specific potion by hard coding a ROM. The system auto identifies if any chest needs more potions and auto-brews it. I can also program how full a chest needs to be in order to be considered "full". See first video below...

I look forward to getting to know (network with) more people than on ORE as many of them can be rather difficult to deal with sometimes.
