This certainly looks like a useless object, but I'm not 100% sure this is a thing-that-should-not-be-mentioned.
So thanks for the report and screenshots, but the user won't get a ban for this.
Actually, I've just read his chatlogs and I banned him for bad language/disrespecting players.
