It's usually not necessairy to inform the staff about a Visitor griefs. It's a very exposed area, and are checked (and fixed) daily. To PM an admin. You simply go on the website, you look to the right of the website, and benith user menu, you click messages. Then you can write a new E-mail and write to whomever it concerns!
