Can't connect?

Hey guys, I'm back!
Lol, been on this server for a year now.
So, I hadn't been on for a couple months because I got a new computer and I lost the IP (and memory) of the server v_v Then, one day, my friend needed some redstone help, and I suddenly remembered the server. I looked for the IP, found it (after extensive research) and went on yesterday. I want to continue going on the server to learn and be active, but it seems that I can't connect to the server any longer. I've tried reentering the IP, deleting and adding the server back to my list, restarting Minecraft, etc. Assistance would be appreciated :3
