This revamped Rainbow Runner minigame included:
scoreboard, multiplayer/singleplayer, new losing system and powerups!
EXTRA:This whole contraption uses many instant repeaters to make it fast.
SCOREBOARD-it has two digits, when the player pressed start button, it will trigger a RS nor latch(ill call it RS next time) then a clock. when . the player lost, itll trigger the RS again and stop the clock. Then the player will see his score! after the player is done, he can . press a button that will trigger both the scoreboard resetting system and elevator. And the scoreboard will INSTANTLY . . . resetted.
MULTIPLAYER-uses the AND gate to let the 2nd player have access to the pressure plates when the 1st player pressed the start button. The . plates are connected to an OR gate and to the pistons which will prevent them from spamming. The plates also connected to . the OR gate and to the rainbows.
LOSING-A tripwire testfor the player get hit by the rainbow, and it will trigger the losing circuit, which lets the pistons retract and let the player . fall. and triggers RS of the clock of the scoreboard, triggers RS of the clock of the randomizer, RS of the powerup, RS of the skull. . (wakes the skull up) and when the player fell down, he can see his score and use the elevator to go up again.
POWERUPS-This includes the RS, 2 bit randomizer, 2 types of pulse extender,AND gate and made-me-confused redstone wiring. Erm, this is . very hard to explain, when u started the game, the starting circuit will go through the powerup system and triggers the pulse . extender. when the pulse has stopped, it will trigger the RS and to the lamp which tells the player the powerup is ready. Then, . . . the redstone will continue to the AND gate, letting the button's signal to go through the AND gate and to the randomizer. Itll . decide which powerup the player will have. magenta: slows the clock, light blue: make the chance of getting a rainbow even . . . . less!

MULTIPLAYER-One player has to be in the playing room while the other has to be in the spectator room. There are no randomizers in the . . . . . multiplayer mode .The 2nd player is in a room full of pressure plates. There is piston pushing the blocks preventing the 2nd . .. player step on the pressure plate b4 the 1st player went into the playing room. after its started, the pistons will retract and . letting the 2nd player step on the pressure plates. To prevent them from spamming, after the 2nd player stepped on a plate, . the pistons will push the blocks again and retract after a sec(its possible to step 2 plates at once if u run).If the 1st player lost, . The pistons will push the blocks blocking the 2nd player to step on the plates again and the red skull will wake up(The lamps . . are on) to tell the 2nd player that the 1st player is already lost.
SINGLEPLAYER-Powerups and randomizers are only available in this mode. The player flick the lever to upper side to activate it(down for . . multiplayer)Press the start button and walk into the room. after dodging for a while, the upper lamps will turn on(that means . the powerup is available now). then, press the button on ur right side to activate it. itll trigger a randomizer that chooses . which powerup would the player have. Magenta: slows the clock, Light blue: make the chance of getting a rainbow even . . . . less. after the powerup is done(the light turns off), you have to wait for another available powerup to come.
