This application form is for Visitors to become a member of the server as Learner, not for further rank-ups.

For a Learner to rank up to Learner+, they must pass a trial. Use "/trial" in game.

For any other rank, you must finish a rank build and submit a "Promotion Request" form, not an "Application" form.
