Why are you interested in joining this server?:
So, we all want to get good at redstone here, or we are. I want to create and build doors (especially, and including FM doors), FMs (flying machines), and i want to achieve that triple piston extender you speak of. Plus, why not? I've got nothing to lose but a lot to gain.
I also want to learn how large contraptions are created from the tiniest of the basics.
Current Redstone knowledge:
Anything and everything? Sure!
I know all of the components and I can make a 2x2 (vault) door.
I'm still working on a 3x3.
I can't hit a triple piston extender but i've got a double extender down.
I especially like to prioritize in flying machines, but I'll save that for a superflat world.
I know what BUDS are and their redstone limitations. I also know hardwiring and softwiring (yes or no to powering redstone dust)
No, I cannot currently build any type of CPU.
Past Redstone Experience:
I like to utilize how the observers give a signal upon being moved. This is especially handy in flying machines..
I can (and have, there is one in /visitor) made a 2x2 hallway door thing. It is not seamless, but it is covered on both sides when closed.
I know all of the components, plus or minus the comparator's comparing mode.
