In short, multiplication, addition and subtraction with base 10 I/O

UPDATES and Fixes:

- Fixed a CCA adder where a block was missing cause 15-8 to not work, now it works (the circuit that was broken was the ABS circuit that gets the abserlute value from the subtractor)

- Added button selector panel for the X, +, - options because levers may confuse poeple

- Added instructions, that are ground rules for poeple so they dont break the calculator instructions include, not to spam and wait for the loading circle to complete before calculating

- Loading circle added to inform users that the calculator is procsess, this is triggered from inputing values using the BASE 10 I/O or while calculating.

- Finally, added a 0 option for the calculator so poeple can do 0+13 for example

i have made me adjustments including adding a latch onto the subtraction symbol and having a RS latch that blocks the calculate button until the calculation is fully done
