How To Use:
there is a 9 button spam proof button panel, which goes into the 9 cells. they use locking repeaters to ensure no cell override is possible. that same data goes into a multiplexer (pink circuit), then into the win detection (blue circuit) which is just a simple and gate torch setup. each time an input is made, all the inputs get locked for a few seconds while the turn is switching.

The game is in a state where the build believes that X has won, but it has not. I've blocked off all inputs, and left the game in the broken state for you to debug
