I really wanted to do cool stuff here on this server...but 2 weeks and still no response to my promotion request... really?. and that's after it was looked at, that's the worst part.
I wish you all well. I'll go somewhere else. hopefully somewhere where there's actually some activity.

I apologize that your promotion request has not been reviewed. There are currently very few staff, and most of us are not able to be as active ingame as we once were, so promotion requests often take a long time. Again, I apologize, and will see if I have time to review it soon.
