Can't Reach Server

Your website says the server is "Up, running 1.2.5", but I can't seem to be able to reach the server. I'm fairly confident I typed the right IP (beta.redstone-server.info:25565).
Explain...?

Still Can't Reach Server

It is now saying that it is refusing to connect:

"Connection refused: connect"

Help...
