TOO MUCH SLAPPING

Dear staff,
A lot of donators have been abusing their ability to slap and causing disruption while I am trying to build. While it was funny at first and I didn't mind it eventually got way out of hand especially when I kept repeating for them to stop. Please install restrictions on the /slap command at least a cooldown and that it doesn't move you around would be helpful. In my opinion any other commands that move you around that are accessible to most players should stop moving you around for it is disruptive to redstone building. When you have the time please take a look and see if you can help out with this.
