Staff Suggestion:

Ok, So I been playing in the Midnight Hours/ Early Morning hours of Eastern Standard time, so we will say 11:00-6:00, and During that time I see a long Gap of Unsupervision, Tends to sit around 2:00-6:00, and all we have is Neoblade watching through the Console... He is only one person, What if he is busy in the day, Were just gonna let Hours go by of Learner's being able to do Whatever they want to the Server with nobody to really be able to stop them?, When I was a Learn, I was working on a 6x6 DrawingBoard, I wanted to see how one worked so I was building one for myself, (Yeah it sucked) But it was a very learning Experience, I got about half way done, I log off for the Night, I come back its Griefed, Heck I look at the Forums what do I see near the top? Grief. Am I saying that more staff are going to stop ALL the grief? No, but It can reduce it. Since we dont want any Trashy little failures for Moderators, I suggest that we have a New rank, "Intern" , Interns would be People that get drafted but are the New guys, What powers do I suggest, I would go with a Limited World Edit, so a World Edit that can only change 1000 Blocks? Power to Jail and Kick, Not able to Ban, Not to make the Too powerful, but Just have enough Power to keep the Rulebreakers away.
I have heard of a "Mod Jr" Rank, but I havent seen ANY Mod Jr's, I still see Large ammounts of time with No staff on the server to help with any of the Member's requests of help, If the server is growing, (which it is) The staff should grow aswell, Much slower of course, but a Staff member would still be a Staff member, Am I saying make me a Staff member? No, I want to be, Most members want to be a Staff member, But the server could use some Mod Jr's or Mods, Even if it was only 2 or 3, That reduces the Margins that Griefers can use to lay havoc on the Learner's Area, I speak from first hand experience on that, When I was a Learner, I was working on a 6x6 Drawing board, It wasnt anything great, I got to about half way, I was tired I logged off about 2:30 AM EST, I got back on at like 10:00 AM, The build was lost to Griefers, the Damage was so Extensive that I would have had to sink Hours into it just to repair it, Let alone finish it... I wanted to quit the server that day, But I didnt. That is just me, Other members wont be as Persistant as me, and will Leave the server when it comes to their Build that they spent Hours on being destroyed.
Please do the right thing, Please draft some Interns/Mod Jr's.
