You really would belive that a redstone server, actually do allow advertising for other servers. It's says that clarly in all the rules in the server, and in the website. Just logging on all randomly and saying an IP. And telling everyone to join it, would be the worst case. So this is a permanted ban. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more.
it clearly say in the rules to not advertise. dont think you should get a warning for that.
