To become a [Mod], you have to be a [Mod Jr.] till you've proven yourself worthy and trustful with the permissions you obtain, a player usually is [Mod Jr.] for a few months, and then gets promoted to [Mod], or demoted to [Senior].
Now, to obtain [Mod Jr.], there are a few points that are pretty important:
-We must have the need to have an extra staffmember (at the moment, I believe we have enough active mods/admins to succesfully run the server)
-You need to have a good reputation (people must like you ;) )
-It would be nice if you can work with plugins like WorldEdit, WorldGuard and Pex.
-It would really help if you had the [Senior] skill level. (As you simply can't promote people to builder/senior if you don't understand what they've built)
-Also important: do not ask for it. (Asking for this info is fine though).
So at the moment, we don't need more people in our staff. But you'll never know what the future will bring :)
A player was copying my creations and so I broke it and he recorded. He also broke into one of my creations with him and so I broke what was in mine and replaced mine. He was telling me to breaks his stuff so he could ban me . I called him some names because I have a bad temper and people acting like that pisses me off so he got me banned. Help would be nice. To please help me talk to an op for me or something. U know what happened and he got me banned for when he broke my red thing and I broke what he had on mine and replaced it
