You can type "/commands donator" ingame.
Donators get a plot, worldedit on that plot and other plots they are member/owner of (/commands worldedit).
Donators will also get commands like /slap, /rocket and /hat. I'm not sure wether /speed also is a donators command or not.
If there is something else you'd like to have as a donator, feel free to ask.
