When did it begin?
How long does it happen each time(If it'snot permanent).
Because some other members and I are not having this problem. Maybe you could write some other information you might consider useful. I'm sorry I'm unable to give you a short clear answer what to do. But I have no idea why it occurs.

it's been happening for everyone but it seems to be occurring at night for me (you'd be asleep).
I don't have any solutions, I believe I have not met this problem. But I've mailed the other moderators, and we will try to work out an answer as fast as possible.
I have a few questions that are relevant in my opinion:
Could you post the exact error you are getting here?
Does the server appear to be offline for you in the server list? (If so, for how long each time, and is it just our server at that moment?)
In case the whole minecraft part of our server crashes, it will always auto-restart 5 minutes after the last player left (volentarily or by a crash). This should cause a max downtime of 5 minutes.
