First of all you're a learner building in the visitors area. That means you're building on your own risk. We made the Visitor area so people could spend some time, while waiting for their application to be reviewed. We know that Visitors area gets griefed daily, and we try to handle it. But we do not care about builds in the Visitor area. We try to focus our energy on people's plots, regular's and learner's area.
Pictures doesn't help when you havn't uploaded them, it's better if you write cordinates, and tell us what is griefed. We can figure out who griefed and restore it. Rebuilding it yourself is basically helping a griefer to not be caught.
On the rules board at spawn the rule shows clearly and people could be ignoring it or they can't read....
same for the DO NOT BUILD INFRONT OF THIS GATE they cant read and can ignore it
Ive taken some pictures at spawn 15/05/14 and there was doors and tnt at spawn gate at the visitors!

I have pictures! I was griefed yesterday while creating a seven-segment display ( numbers 1 - 9 )
